Jack was born October 6, 1964, and raised in Andrews, Texas and graduated high school in the class of 1983. He entered the Marine Corps in 1986. When his military service was completed, he came back to west Texas and as most do, went to work in the oilfield, eventually working up to a salesman for Cudd Pressure Control and other major companies in his career. When he retired, he enjoyed being part of the West Texas Softball Umpires, it kept him active and around people of all ages. He also volunteered delivering Meals on Wheels. He enjoyed his sports; he was a lifelong Los Angeles Rams fan and enjoyed golfing for as long as he could. He enjoyed a competitive card or board game as long as he won. Jack always had a smile and a genuine spirit of happiness and joy that was infectious to all those that crossed his path. His sense of humor, kindness and love will be greatly missed.
His greatest blessings and joy were his children and grandchildren. He was a very proud Dad and Poppa Jack and when he had an opportunity, he would tell you about them all, he cherished them and loved them dearly.
Memorial services celebrating his life will be held July 12, 2025 at 10:00 am at graveside at Andrews Cemetery.
