I had no idea that she had passed. My sweet sweet friend from back in the day she was a joy and a blast to work with. I know her family and grandchildren miss her. God bless you, sweet lady. Rest in heaven.

One of the greatest things in life is family, I used to get so excited to see mine when they visited especially my Aunt Jeannie who I was named after. Her giggle would warm your heart and her hugs your soul. My favorite childhood memories are from visits. I always asked to go back with her to Texas because the visit just wasn't long enough for me. I have the best family a woman could ask for. I love them all so much that when I got the news I cried for each and every one of them because she was one of the best and she was greatly loved. I know that she is with Grandma and Grandpa and Mark, Luke and Anne and my father, and they are all watching over us. That brings me a small amount of peace. I will never forget her because I am need after her. And that is a great honor.

After uncle Markie passed away, grandma placed 
 this quote in her signature box of her e-mails.

I had this giant rock engraved with that quote (this picture) She loved it so much and still today the rock is in their backyard. The quote reflects a deep trust in faith during challenging times, like we have now with the loss of my beautiful grandmother.

I have so many things I could say about how wonderful my mother was. Words cannot express just how much I love her and always will. I miss her with every single fiber inside me. The grief of losing a mother is so huge. I’m gonna miss my mother more than anything in the world. How do you go from talking to somebody every single day could not be able to talk or see them anymore? She has been the most loving mother towards me and never hesitated to tell me just how much she loves me. All the hugs and kisses we shared! My mother was such an affectionate woman. Words can’t even express how much I’m gonna miss her.

Joe and Arlene, your mother was such a beautiful and wonderful person who Joyce and I shared many days and nights together back in Arlington as neighbors. I loved to hear her talk with that New York accent. It’s so hard to loose someone like a mother who was your rock growing up. God takes us without notice, but she will remain in spirit through out your remaining years. My prayers are with you both and also for your families. Love Dale

What a sweet lady and amazing family to me growing up in our neighborhood. I’ll never forget her smile and her signature laugh. We will miss you Jean, thank you for all the wonderful memories.

Joe, Arlene, and Robert, I'm so sorry to hear about Jean's passing.  I will always have fun memories of working together all those years ago.  You're family has been through so much and I know she is reunited with Mark.  Prayers for the whole family, I know she will be missed by all.

My grandmother was the best grandmother anyone could have ever asked for! I am blessed to have so many great memories from my childhood all the way up to now! The things that she taught me will stay with me forever, and I will cherish and pass down! I love you forever gwamma
