He was married to Denise Wolf on August 22, 2010. Jonathan had a career in service and sales for Mettler Toledo. He was a veteran of the 141st Engineer Battalion of the North Dakota Army National Guard, a member of the United States Parachuting Association, and had a passion for skydiving and golfing.
Jonathan is survived by his children, Zachary William Ames, Alexander Jonathan Ames, Ashley Anne Wolf, and Alissa Marie Wolf; grandchildren, Cayden, Jonathan, and Vayla; and siblings Richard, Melinda, and LuAnn.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in Jonathan’s honor to the following charities: St. Jude, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and CancerCare.org.
A celebration of life for Jonathan will be held Saturday, March 18, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home, 4216 South Bowen Road, Arlington, TX 76016.
