

It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Judy Corrine Bailey Frazier on August 31, 2025, at the age of 80. Judy passed away peacefully at her residence in the presence of her family. Born on March 18, 1945, in Brownwood, Texas, she dedicated her life to her family and was actively involved in her church community at the First Baptist Church of Arlington.
Judy is survived by her husband, Ramesh Ghodgaonkar; her children, Becky (Angela) Schrimpshere (Rick) and Paul Frazier (Lisa); her grandchildren, Jennifer Rogers (Jason) and Katherine Frazier; her sisters, Patricia McKay and Betty Richardson; as well as numerous friends considered part of her extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny Bailey and Pearlie Bailey; and her brother, Arwin Bailey. Her love for her children and grandchildren was unwavering. Her husband, Ramesh, was there for her, helping to guide her through her health challenges, always at her side with quiet strength.
Her professional career in the medical field included roles at a private physician's office in Abilene, Texas, and at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. She journeyed to various locations including Germany, Kansas, and Virginia, although she always called Texas her home.
A service commemorating Judy's life will be held on September 12th at 2:00 pm at Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home, 4216 S Bowen Road in Arlington, Texas. Her resilience, dedication, and commitment to her faith and loved ones are qualities that will be fondly remembered by those who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network, in honor of Judy Corrine Bailey Frazier.
