Graveside service: 11 a.m. Wednesday in Hawkins Cemetery, Arlington.
Norma was a retired teacher who taught over 33 years in the Fort Worth and Kennedale schools. The majority of her teaching days were spent at Oaklawn Elementary in Fort Worth. She had a BA from Texas Wesleyan University and an MA from Texas Christian University. She resided in Fort Worth and was a member of Lighthouse Fellowship United Methodist Church.
Norma never married, but helped to raise many children throughout her years.
Survivors: Jenny Whitley, Katy Ebert, Sally Daniel, Sarah Bailiff, Jenifer Lemke, Rose Mary Gaby, Bengie Jaresh, Daisy Gates and Mary Jane Nowell.
