What can be said about my Daddy that has not already been said? Daddy became my dad when I looked up at him as my big brown eyes. He was always telling me the day that I looked up at him with my big brown eyes he was hooked.  But looking at our family you would have never known he wasn't my biological father.  He was my daddy through and through.  
I don't ever remember a time when my daddy was ever really angry at me.  He did not have much to get angry about because he looked at everything positively.  Something broke, well then we will fix it.  One of his favorite quotes was "if it ain't broke don't fix it." Meaning do not worry about things till you need to.  
His door was always open to family and friends.  We always seemed to have someone living with us because they needed a place to stay.  He never turned people or family away. 
I cannot count the number of times he would have to come out and fix something for Josh and I. (Josh is in a wheelchair and can't physically fix things.)  He accepted Josh into the family when most dad's would have had told their daughter's to run the other way.  As long as Josh loved me then he was happy.  
My daddy was a great man that will be strongly missed.  He fought hard until the end.  He won his battle just not on this side of heaven.

Ronnie  joined our family by marring our sister Nellie. But it seemed he just melted into being part of our family. He was always sarcastic and quick to say something smartass. But the love he had for Nellie and his kids showed that his heart was his best feature. My sister loved her neices, and nephews. So Ronnie loved them too. He wanted people to think of him as aloof, but many the time he was sitting with his children in his lap no space left and here came another neice, or nephew, and somehow Ronnie always had room for them. His grandkids always knew pawpaw had their back. Ronnie as much as you tried to act  like you were isolated and distant, sorry bro. Your legacy is one of love and being loved. You loved all this crazy family and were an important part of it by just being your crazy self. Love you Ronnie keep an eye on all of us and get a good word in to Jesus about us. Keep smiling my man. Love ya brother.

What can I say about this man? He was my uncle but he was also a second dad to me. He was always there with advice, making me laugh, and ready to bust my butt if needed. When things spiraled out of control for me, he was there with a hug and telling me it would all be okay. He opened his home to me and even when I got my own place, he always welcomed me back. We always joked on our car rides together of going to Dodge City or texting Aunt Nellie random stuff. So many people loved him and will miss him but our memories will be cherished. I will see you again, until then keep spreading your love and humor to everyone in Heaven!

Ronnie, you have filled a void in the lives of so many people, been an awesome father and roll model. You have been loved so much since the day you met this family.  I will miss you every day. Thank you for all the love you have shared. It’s time for you to rest now.❤️❤️

Ronnie neal was my paw paw and he was the kindest person you will ever meet. he would always put his kids and grand kids needs before his own. When he was diagnosed with cancer I was scared because he was always the person that would always comfort me. He was the one that would always spoil me and my cousins. He always took time out of his schedule to be with me.  I always looked up to him like he was the bravest man I knew.  He would always ask "what you want to eat." anytime I would come over to his house he would spoil me before I even got there. I am like "yes I get to see my paw paw." people may not know why i am sad but it is because I have lost the one person in my life that was the person that always took care of me when I came over. I remember once that I was sleeping on the couch and paw paw was relaxing in his chair and we were watching tv and he asked me you ok watching this? I said yes and we watched it and I got thinking how does this man put our needs before him? I will miss him but I know where  he is. Ronnie was my father and he was one of the most loving people that I have ever known. My dad loved his family with his whole heart and although his sense of humor was often unusual to most people, it was the way that he loved. I remember several mornings where I would wake up and find ten-fifteen text messages on my phone telling me to “clean the yard,” and to “wake up and get on the roof.” These are just the many things that my dad did and although his sense of humor was unlike anyone else’s, I wouldn’t have him any other way. I love him so much and I’m going to miss his text messages. I’m going to miss waking up everyday to him cooking something crazy in the kitchen. My dad could whip anything up from any ingredients. The funny thing is, it always tasted good. He was a firm believer in putting him family first and growing up, there was never a time where we lacked for anything. He would make sure my mother, my siblings and I were fed. My dad was the best and I will always have a special place in my heart for him. I love you daddy and I know that you’re with God. ❤️❤️
