She was born on August 4, 1948, in Colfax, Washington, to Arthur "Hap" and Hattie Ross. She has a brother, Dan Ross. She graduated from St. John High School in Endicott, Washington, and Southern California College in Costa Mesa, California.
Her career as a teacher took her to Gardena, CA, Norwalk, CA, where she taught school at Norwalk Christian and Santa Fe Springs Christian schools, Corona, CA, and finally, Arlington, Texas.
On June 27, 1970, she married Jerry Blazer and they raised two children together; son, David Andrew and daughter, Carrie Danielle.
She was "Grandma" to her five grandchildren; Allison Blazer, David Andrew Blazer, Kimberly Blazer, Persephanie Gabellini, and Emily Gabellini.
Sandra loved Jesus, going to her church, and spending time with family and friends.
