Sarah Gibson Stublen, 86, born in Charlotte, NC on May 7, 1924 and resided for 67 years in Portsmouth, VA., passed away in an Arlington, TX hospital Friday, April 8, 2011. She resided in Arlington for the last 6 years with her daughter, Sharon Stublen Comer. She is survived by 2 granddaughters, Kristen Comer-Jones of Arlington, TX and Courtney S. Comer of Bowie, MD, and 5 great grandchildren, Brianna Sarah Jones, Shane Warner Jones, Autumn Nash Jones and Jarren Kristopher Smith all of Arlington, TX, and Brice Earl Waxson-Comer of Bowie, MD. A memorial service will be held Monday, April 25, 2011 in the St. Vincent de Paul Chapel at 7 p.m.
