My sweetest, loving sister, it doesn’t seem possible that it’s already been four years since you  were called by our sweet Lord Jesus Christ to your heavenly home, safe within His loving arms. I can only imagine what you must be seeing, surrounded by Jesus Himself, millions & myriads of holy angels and the most beautiful angelic, heavenly worship music and choirs, with praises to Jesus that no earthly ears have yet heard! You can be my guide when I arrive there, showing me where Mother, Daddy, Donald, William, Grandmother and Grandpa and all of our other relatives live in their mansions! I’m  so grateful that you are living in the presence of our beautiful Almighty God,  surrounded by His unending grace, mercy and love, far, far from the earthly pain you endured for so many years. It won’t be long now till we’ll be together again forever,  never to be apart from one another again. And we’ll both be healed and whole, dancing, running, and singing, hand in hand with our precious Lord Jesus! And we’ll never get tired! I love you my precious “Sissy”. I miss you so very much! I long to see you and hug you with each passing day! Kiss and hug my daughter Melody for me! I can’t wait to see what she looks like! Till then, I LOVE you! Be on the lookout for me! I’ll see you soon!

My dearest, most precious sister and best friend,
It’s been two years now, since you shook the filthy, gross dust of this world and earthly life from your feet and journeyed home to be with your most treasured love, our precious Lord Jesus. I would love to see you and talk to you and hear of the wonderful things you’ve seen, heard and learned from the Master Himself. I miss you terribly. My heart and life have a vacant spot now that you’re gone. I long to be with you, to hold your hand and look into your beautiful green eyes and tell you once again, just how much I love you and what a true friend you were to me. But, I cannot.  But, I have to say, I would not bring you back if I could! I am so happy and at peace for you, my sweet sister. You are home now, safe in the arms of Jesus. You’ve been cut free from those cords which plagued you almost every single day. You’ve been completely liberated from this world and the constant pain you lived most of your life. 
I will never, ever forget the day you led me to accept our Lord Jesus Christ. It was a beautiful and clear winter’s day, February 17, 1975! We rejoiced together, you and I, as I accepted Him as not only my Savior, but also my Lord and my King! I rejoice as I often remember and ponder it in my heart, this memory and what it really means. I’ve had 48 years now, safe under the wings of our great Almighty God’s 
sovereign hand, living in the love, knowledge and truth of our Lord 
Jesus Christ…..our most earthen and eternal Savior, Lord and friend. 
You, my precious are totally, completely healed and whole now and you will be for eternity! I loved you with all my heart, when you were here and I’ll love you throughout eternity. It won’t be too, too long, before I’ll take that same journey that you took, just two short years ago. And once again, we will be inseparable. The biggest difference will be that Jesus will be in the middle, with you on one side and me on the other! I’ll see you soon! 

Dianne ~ My sweet, precious sister, my best friend and the other half of my heart. I miss you beyond what my heart can express. I think about you all the time. I long to look into your beautiful green eyes and see the love so often expressed through them. Everyone who knew you knows the deep level of love that you held for our Lord Jesus Christ. Now, you are face to face with Him, in all of His glory. It won’t be long till we see each other again and we will never be apart again. I love you with all my heart. 

One year ago today, I stood by your bed, kissed your sweet face, held your soft hand and said farewell to you, my precious sister and best friend. Not a day goes by that I don’t miss you, long to see your sparkling green eyes, your beautiful smile and talk about our Lord and Savior,  Jesus Christ. I would love to know what you’ve been doing, who you’ve seen, who you’ve met. Even though it’s only been one year today since you stepped into forever heaven with Jesus, I miss you so very much and wish I could talk to you one more time. Thank you for all the good memories, your love and friendship. But, I thank you most of all for introducing me to our Lord Jesus Christ and Holy Spirit on 2/17/1975.  Everything you told me about our Jesus is true. Since I gave Him my life and He became my Lord, I’ve never, ever looked back. Not much has changed in the last year since you left. One thing is certain! You and I will see each other again and then, we’ll be together throughout all eternity. I love you my darling sister.  Until then, “Maranatha! Come, Lord Jesus”.

Though I did not know Dianne directly, I heard many loving thoughts from her son Justin throughout the years. Our family sends deepest condolences and prayers for the entire family.

I called Dianne and told her I wanted to pick up lasagne from the local Italian restaurant where my granddaughter Zoe works when we come visit her that week. Dianne said well “I have really been craving a pizza.”. So I said great then pizza it is!!! She requested hamburger with lots of cheese for her toppings. We told the rest of the family what we were planning and as many of them could arrange to be there showed up that Thursday. 
We were not able to use the conference room in the lobby because they had a staff training going on. So they gave us access to a private room upstairs in the Memory Care unit. 
So once the pizza arrived we went on our adventure up the elevator through the kitchen down the hall to a side room full of chairs. We managed to find a folding table for Dianne to enjoy her pizza. We told stories acted silly and laughed till we cried. 
I am grateful that we were able to have a pizza party for Dianne on July 8th this year. God is so good to give us these sweet memories.  

I did not get to spend time with my sister for many years before she went to the hospital a short time ago. I have enjoyed spending time with her these last couple of years. We were able to get to know each other again. I am grateful to our Lord and feel blessed that I was able to spend this time with her, even though I would have liked her to have been healed. I will miss her, but will see her again when I leave this world. Thank you Jesus for the precious time you allowed us to spend together.
