Wesley L. Anderson passed away Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2014. Funeral: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Living Word Family Church in Nowata, Okla. Interment: Ball Cemetery in Childers, Okla. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Moore Funeral Home-Bowen Chapel. Wesley was born June 18, 1938, to Raymond and Florence Anderson in Gridley, Kan. On Dec. 6, 1958, Wesley married Winifred Foster and spent 56 years of wedded bliss. In 2000 Wesley retired from Montgomery Ward, where he spent 42 years of service. He loved spending time with his family and golfing. He loved to watch major sports and was a survivor of prostate cancer. Wesley was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors: Beloved wife, Winifred; daughters, Marsha Martin, Diane Saavedra and husband, Carlos, Teresa Anderson and Meredith Morales and husband, Jerry; grandchildren Ashton, Addison, Kristen, Kaymen, Christopher and wife, Ashley, Chase and Chelsi; great-grandchildren, Kennedy and future Jedda Morales; sister, Peggy Yelton and husband, Harold; and nieces, Dava Anderson and Tami Yelton.
