Anna Diec Thi Tran

Anna Diec Thi Tran. Born in Quang Binh, Vietnam April 1, 1922. Died in Morgan Hill, CA June 30, 2015. Anna Diec is predeceased by her husband – Phero Chat Tran, by three of her children, Chan, Mai and Duc Tran and is survived by seven of her 10 children, Jenny Tuyet, Monique Nhung, Roselyn Hong, Tai, Bich-Lien, Bich-Thuy and Bich-Ngoc, 23 Grandchildren and 17 Great-Grandchildren. A survival for four wars and occupations of her homeland and forced separation of her family for eight years, she adopted this great country as her own and spent her last thirty three years in the loving embrace of her family. She carried within her a warm spirit and deep faith in Jesus, and was a member of the Third Order of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. She passed in peace and we look forward to seeing her in Heaven. Funeral service will be held at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1910 N. Randolph St. Arlington, VA 22207 on Wednesday, July 8th at 2 PM. Visitation to follow the same day at Murphy Funeral Home, 4510 Wilson Blvd. Arlington, VA 22203 from 4 to 8 PM. Interment to take place at Columbia Gardens Cemetery 3411 Arlington Blvd. Arlington, VA 22201 on Thursday, July 9th at 8:45 AM.
