

Michael Vincent Venegas was born to Manuel Venegas and Sunaie Lee on July 29, 1960 in Fort Riley, Kansas. All that knew Vince considered him a compassionate and kind hearted person; a loving husband to his wife, a good father to his son, a great brother, beloved son and a dedicated friend. Vince accomplished many things during his short span on this earth. After being honorably discharged from the Air Force he worked over 25 years In the government. His hard work and dedication earned him a promotion to G9-14 with no college education.After working hard, Vince would like to enjoy his time outdoors. He participated in many activities but his absolute favorite was snowboarding. In addition fishing, golfing and traveling occupied his time. Although, Vince enjoyed these things who was more fulfilled when he spent time with his host of friends whom he loved dearly. Norris Neregn was a father figure in his life. He coached and helped Vince walk that right path. Brad Freeman was his best friend and partner in crime. Where was Brad there was Vince! Kevin Arnwine, was a friend who has always been there for him. Michael McLaughlin and Bob Inaba, Vince’s golf buddies are people that made him laugh. Andy Castillo was his childhood friend and his family that sheltered him when he was alone. Last but not least were his young friends Jose, KJ, Bernard and Kurt.Vince leaves behind his wife Maka Venegas, son Vinny Venegas, and brother John Venegas. He will be greatly missed by all.
