Mozelia Margaret Carroll

Mozelia F. Carroll passed away peacefully on August 29, 2021 in Arlington, VA. She was born in Culpeper, VA February 16, 1937. A devoted mother and career woman, Mo raised four children from home and spent more than 20 loyal years working for the Arlington Y.M.C.A. The simple pleasures in life, such as spending time with family, making art, and working in her gardens, brought great joy to Mo. She was a very strong, special lady who always adorned a warm smile, and was greatly loved by her family and community. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Roy D. Carroll, and three sons, who she loved dearly, Travis, Troy, and Carlton. She is survived by her daughter, Holly; her four grandchildren and their spouses, Daniel (and Caitlin), Kristy (and Jin), Cody, and Amber; her three great grandchildren, Jayden, Arthur, Molly; and her daughters-in-law, Kris and Joy. Mo will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
