Raymond George Fridley Jr.

Raymond Fridley of Vero Beach, FL died Sunday June 15, 2025. He was the son of the late Raymond Fridley Sr. and Helen Fridley of McLean, VA. He is survived by his sisters Tina Ours of Round Hill, VA, and Janet (Ricky) Ringley of Gahanna, OH; nieces Christina Ours of Reston, VA, Kimberly Ringley of Eagan, MN, and nephew Stephen Ours of Richmond, VA.

Born in Washington, DC, Ray grew up in McLean, VA graduating from Langley High School. He went on to earn an associate degree from Northern Virginia Community College. He was a long standing member of Fourth Presbyterian Church in Bethesda, MD. After the move to Vero Beach, he was an active member of Christ the King Presbyterian Church.

Ray was known to have an uncanny sense of direction, a deep interest in historic technologies and a strong Christian faith. He will be remembered for his unwavering devotion to family, his willingness to help wherever possible and his loyalty to his friends.

A graveside service will be held at Columbia Gardens Arlington, VA on Monday, June 23 at 10:00 a.m. Attendees should use the entrance at 100 N Oakland Street in Arlington, VA.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Christ the King Presbyterian Church in Vero Beach, FL would be most appreciated.
