Valerie Anne Holman

Born in Boston, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of Louise A Goodman and Carl Goodman, Jr. She received her Associates Degree in Business from Cecil College in Maryland. In addition to being a wife and mother, Val was an Association professional for over 39 years. She specialized in Membership and Customer Service Database management. Her last position was with the Association of the US Army(AUSA) for over 24 years.

She was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed gardening with Denis, her precious dogs, Fenway, Crystal and Maya. In addition, music, arts and crafts and was a master floral designer. Val will be remembered for her generosity, thoughtfulness, creativity and commitment to her family.

She leaves behind her husband of 43 years, A.Denis Holman, her son Carl Holman, two sisters, Holly Shelton and spouse Floyd Shelton, and Nanon Winslow, her brother Bruce Goodman, his wife Tina Goodman and nephew Zach Goodman, her nephew Wesley Goodman and niece Jenny Goodman.
