

He married Kathleen “Johnston” VanPutten June 8th 1963. They have been married for 54 years.
Albert was a 2nd generation Dairy farmer in the Arlington / Marysville area nearly all of his life. When Albert retired in 2007 he continued to care for cows at neighboring farms and enjoyed unloading hay with his sons for many years. Later on in life when Albert could no longer assist in the unloading he continued to ride along on the unloads. He loved to be around the farms.
When Albert was not farming he enjoyed going to Everett Silvertips games with family members, playing with his grandchildren, and having coffee / breakfast with local friends in the mornings at either Ellie’s or I hop.
Albert is preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers William ( Billy ) and John VanPutten and 1 Sister, Corey Gangler.
Albert is survived by his wife Kathleen, 3 boys, Mark, Curtis and Aaron , 4 Grandchildren. Nathan, Katie , Jordanne and Trey VanPutten. 2 brothers, Jake and Simon VanPutten and 1 sister Edna Blomquist.
For all family and friends there will be a graveside service on Monday August 7th at 2:00 PM at the Arlington cemetery, with a reception immediately following at the pioneer hall in Arlington until 6:00 PM so please join us if you can.
