Jacque is preceded in death by her mother and father, Wanda and Norman Skinner and her brother Wade Skinner. She leaves behind her life partner, Sid Carothers; brothers Douglas and Norman Skinner Jr; sisters Gloria Deitz, Brenda Skinner, and Tina Duran; daughter Vanessa Kay and partner Nicole Roetcisoender, son Travis Kay; 4 grandchildren and numerous other family and friends.
Family was very important to Jacque, especially during the holidays. She enjoyed road trips to visit family that didn't live in Washington. She also adored her 2 cats, often referring to them as her "kids". She was extremely loving and generous. She will be forever missed.
Jacqueline's Celebration of Life will be held June 29th at noon at Weller Funeral Home in Arlington.
