Betty J. Lancaster-Speer

Betty J. Lancaster-Speer, age 80, of Bloomsdale, Missouri passed away on Monday, December 5, 2022. She was born on June 30, 1942 in Eminence, MO to the late William J.B. and Maggie (nee Brown) Curtright; beloved wife of the late Earnest L. Lancaster; loving mother of David (Sherri) Lancaster, Sherrie (Steve) Kniffen, Glenda (John) Shockley and Linda (Thomas) McGuire; loving grandmother of Lisa Strayhorn, Lacey Essmyer, Dustin Strayhorn, Ronald Rayfield, Codey Lang, Brittany Lohmann, Kelly Rayfield, Steven Wilson, and Austin Wilson; great grandmother of Cameron Durham, Grace Lancaster, Noah Krueger, Olivia Lang and Sloan Strayhorn; dear sister of Charlotte Schubert, Patsy Whitlock, Debbie Collins, Gary Wayne Curtright, Joseph Curtright and the late Leroy Curtright, Richard Curtright, George Curtright, Janice Long, Ermalee Rooney and Kathy Bowling; dear aunt and friend to many.

Betty was an owner operator of 6 different restaurants over a forty year span. She loved crappie fishing, cooking, traveling and especially spending time with her family.

Funeral service will be celebrated Friday, December 9, 2022 1:00 PM at the Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home 1081 Jeffco Blvd. Arnold, MO with visitation Friday from 10:00 am until time of service. Interment Shepherd Hills Cemetery.
