Ethel Mary Wende, 100 years old, passed away on September 6, 2016. Daughter of the late Leander and Rose Owens (nee Moll). Loving wife of the late Carl Wende. Beloved mother of the late Rosemary Wende Thomas. Grandmother of Kimberly Thomas Fuchs and great grandmother of Joshua Fuchs, Sarah Fuchs Boyd, Rebekah Fuchs Duncan, Jacob Fuchs and great great grandmother of 11. Sister of the late Richard and William Owens and Rene Gnau. Loving aunt of Carolyn McCombs, Joann Owens, Beverly Owens, Sally Owens, Ron Owens and the late Richard Owens.
Visitation will be Friday, September 9, 2016, 6:00-8:00 pm at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, Mo. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, September 10, 2016, 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, Affton, Mo.
