Lucille L. "Lou" Foster

Lucille L. "Lou" Foster, age 83 of Arnold, MO passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. She was born on March 24, 1942 in St. Louis, MO to the late James M. and Violet M. (nee Appelman) Chapman; beloved wife of the late Mike Foster; loving mother of Laura Heet, Natalie Heet, Shellie (James) McGinnis and the late Joseph Heet III; loving grandmother of Jenna, Sean (Tasha), Chris, Rene' (Cory), Nikki, Brett Jr., Dustin and Amara; great grandmother of Danny, Ava, Leah, Maggie, Isla and Marcie; dear sister of Shirley, Earl and the late Jimmy, Doris, Ruby, Rich and Charlie; dear aunt and friend to many.

A visitation for Lou will be held Sunday, June 15, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd, Arnold, MO 63010. Funeral service will be celebrated Monday, June 16, 2025, 10:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Shepherd Hills Cemetery, 1925 Old State Rd M, Barnhart, MO 63012.
