Patsy J. Bernauer (nee Etter) of Festus, MO. passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2020. She was born on June 23, 1939 in St. Louis, MO to the late Clemons and Mildred (nee Cook) Etter; Beloved wife of the late Carl V. Bernauer; loving mother of Deborah (Roger) Meyer, Patty (Rick) Helferstay, Carla (Rick) Baldridge and the late Anna Schwartzmeyer; mother-in-law of Rick Schwartzmeyer; loving grandmother of Michael (Wendi) Meyer, Nicholas (Kristin) Meyer, Christopher Waggoner, Joshua (Becky) Baldridge, Adam (Erica) Baldridge, Cassidy (Zak) Dodge and the late Matthew Meyer; dear great grandmother of Lani Meyer, Courtney Meyer, Hailey Meyer, Natalie Meyer, Gavin Baldridge, Devany Hayes, Joseph Baldridge, Audrey Baldridge, Connor Baldridge, Annabelle Baldridge and Jameson Meyer; sister of Terry (Debbie) Etter and the late Larry Etter; dear aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Patsy loved to go fishing.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 15, 2020 from 3-7 pm at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, MO. Funeral service to follow visitation at 7:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Interment private at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
