Philip S. Barciszewski

Philip Steve Barciszewski, 71, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 8, 2017. Dear husband of the late Rita Barciszewski and son of the late Edward and Veronica Barciszewski. Loving father of Robin (Russ) Dixon and Bob Barciszewski. Brother of Mary Ann Hall, Dominic and Albert Barciszewski. Adoring grandfather of Preston, Parker and Payton Barciszewski.

Philip worked for 41 years at the General Motors Assembly plant, starting at the Natural Bridge and Union plant and retiring from the Wentzville plant. He was a John Deere antique tractor enthusiast and loved to go to auction sales. His other hobby included splitting wood. He lived in Imperial from 1975-2008, then moved to a farm in Troy, Mo. He will be missed by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2017, 4-8:00 pm at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, Mo., and Friday, May 12, 2017 from 10:30 am till time of service at 11:30 am. Interment will immediately follow at Shepherd Hills Cemetery, Barnhart, Mo. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society appreciated.
