Richard C. Bodenburg, age 80, of Arnold, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2018. Richard was born October 8, 1937 to the late Verna Doerr and Carl Bodenburg.

Richard is survived by his wife, Virginia "Jean" Bodenberg (nee DeGonia); son Christopher Bodenburg and was preceded in death by a daughter, Cynthia Bodenburg.

He was retired from Ameren U.E. as a supervisor after 58 years of service. Richard loved his dogs Duffy and Toby.

A visitation for Richard will be held Monday, August 20, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd, Arnold, MO 63010. A funeral service will be Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at 11:30 AM at the funeral home. The interment will immediately follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 10181 Gravois Rd, St Louis, Mo. 63123. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer's Association appreciated.
