William Thomas "Tom" Schilling III

William Thomas "Tom" Schilling III, of Barnhart, MO passed away on Thursday January 22, 2026. He was born in St. Louis, MO on September 1, 1941 to the late William T. and Opal (nee Blake) Schilling II; beloved husband of Shirley (nee Shadden) Schilling; loving father of Jeffrey (Michelle) Schilling and Christopher Schilling; loving grandfather of Michelle Renna and Louis (Tabby) Schilling; dear brother of Debbie (the late Freddie) Costello and the late Robert Schilling, Michael Schilling and Steven Schilling Sr.; brother-in-law of Gizella Schilling; dear uncle and friend to many.

Tom loved to sing and go dancing with Shirley. He was a member of the American Legion, VFW and the Arnold Elks Lodge.

Visitation will be held at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, located at 1081 Jeffco Blvd, Arnold, MO 63010, on Wednesday February 4, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

The funeral service will take place at the same venue on Thursday February 5, 2026, from 11:00 am to 11:30 am.

The committal service will be held at Shepherd Hills Cemetery, 1925 Old State Road M, Barnhart, MO 63012, on February 5, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 12:15 pm. Memorial donations in Tom's Honor may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to a Veterans charity of your choice.
