She was the loving wife of Edward "Ed" Grey Holloway, devoted mother of Chris Holloway and his wife Courtney T.; cherished grandmother of Dylan G. Holloway, Kenzie T. Holloway and Sadie L. Holloway; daughter of Alma Lois Deck Cirer sister of Mary Frances "Francy" Cirer Bias and her husband James. She is preceded in death by her father John Lee "Bob" Cirer.
Nan adored working with children especially children with special needs. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and going to their sporting activities. She enjoyed fishing, the beach, cooking for her friends and family, camping and was the happiest on their boat at the Northern Neck.
A memorial service for Nan will be held Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at 3 PM at Carmel Baptist Church, 24320 US-1, Ruther Glen, VA 22546. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Down Syndrome Association of Richmond.
The family would like to thank Dr. Carter and her staff at WCWI for their amazing care as she battled cancer and to the At Home Hospice for their support and dedicated care.
