JOHNSON, Helen Sheiner, 92, of Ashland, went to be with her Lord on May 5, 2016. She was the daughter of the late William and Ida Sheiner; she was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Johnson. She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Johnson and Ellen Johnson; sister-in-law, Catherine Sheiner and numerous nieces and nephews. Helen was an active member at Holy Cross Lutheran Church. The family will receive friends from 2-4pm and 6-8pm on Monday, May 9, 2016 at the Nelsen Funeral Home, Reid Chapel, 412 S. Washington Hwy. A service will take place at 2pm on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 11515 Ashcake Rd., Ashland, VA. Interment at Woodland Cemetery in Ashland, VA. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the church.
