MILLS, Henry W. Jr., 69, of Caroline County, passed away on December 21, 2015. He was preceded in death by his wife, Debra Mills. He is survived by his children, Shannon Mills, Henry “Jay” Mills, III, Sharon Barker, and Pam Swift; grandchildren, Meadow Batten, Brian Swift, Crystal Swift, Tabitha Barker, and Alex Mills; siblings, Timmy Mills, Tammy Mills, and Tommy Mills; and sister-in-law, Brenda Mills.
