HILTON, James Edward, 82, of Ashland, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Elizabeth; brother, George; and sister, Geneva. James is survived by his wife, Sara; children, Sandra and James; grandchildren, Michael, Cody, and Kaylin; great-grandson, Logan; brothers, Arthur and Charles Wesley; sisters, Beulah, Mary Jane, Genevieve, Dorothy, and Virginia; and a host nieces, nephews, and friends. James will be remembered as a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather: a wonderful man. He will be missed dearly by his loved ones. A visitation will be held on Sunday, March 6 at Nelsen Funeral Home, 412 S. Washington Highway, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 7 at Nelsen Funeral Home.
