Joan Wright Smith, of Hampton, Virginia, passed away on March 25, 2026, at the age of 92.
She is preceded in death by her daughters, Christine Black and Cheri Emma-Leigh.
Joan is survived by her sons, Norman L. "Chuck" Smith, Jr, and Gordon "Chip" Wright; siblings, Sandra Due, Linda Hening, and Kathy Gaham, and cherished grandchildren, Dwayne L. Smith, Jamie S. Kuebler, Bryan L. Smith, Jason Wright, David Fiorillo, and Lisa Patterson.
