Julia Patricia Bickers

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Frank and Alice Bickers. Her lifelong friend, Jackie Osterud, and her special friends Earl and Judy Lane, and Alan Lane. These bonds were a constant source of happiness and comfort throughout her life.

Julia worked faithfully for many years as a bank clerk, where she was known for her diligence, kindness, and warm smile. Outside of work, she found great joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved spending hours working on jigsaw puzzles, cheering on her favorite teams while watching baseball, following golf tournaments, and keeping up with NASCAR races. A devoted animal lover, Julia had a special place in her heart for all creatures and delighted in their companionship.

Julia is survived by her sister, Betty Ann Sheppardson; her brother, Frank Bickers and his wife, Hillary; her nephews, Jeff Bickers and his wife, Judy, Bill Bickers and his partner, Michelle Lane, and Chris Sheppardson; her nieces, Sharon Sheppardson and Vicki Sheppardson; special family friends Kevin Lane and his wife, Amy, and Rena Lane and many great nieces and nephews.

Julia will be remembered for her quiet strength, her loyal heart, and the steady kindness she showed to those around her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
