JOHNSON, Mallisa Inez, 94, of Ashland, VA. walked through the gates of heaven on Friday, April 23, 2021. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ralph Walker Johnson, Sr. Mallisa was the beloved mother to two children, Ralph W. Johnson, Jr. (Linda) and Dale D. Mitchell. She had five grandchildren, Lisa Sheffield (Timmy), Todd Johnson (Kristy), Harry Whitlock III (Debbie), Tammy Boxley (Frank), and Christopher Johnson. Mallisa was blessed with 14 great-grandchildren. She retired from Safeway after 30 years of service. She was very devoted Christian who loved The Lord and her family. Many knew her to enjoy working in her garden and her yard. She was loved by everyone who knew her. No services are planned at this time, a service will be held in the future. Updates will be made to the website once a service is planned.
