KERSEY, Matthew W. "Matt," 52, of Ashland, passed away on Friday, August 10, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Phillip "Phil" Kersey Sr. and Elizabeth C. "Betty" Kersey. He is survived by his fiancee, Tina Beattie; daughter, Erika L. Miller (Jacob Smith); granddaughter, Freya Smith; brother, John Phillip Kersey Jr. (Sandy); and a number of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. The family will receive friends Thursday, August 16, from 5 to 7 p.m., at Beulah Baptist Church, 4805 W.
