Patsy Elmira Tate Howard, died on 11 Feb. She was born 19 Jan, 1942. Parents Leroy & Mary Tate and husband Gregory Howard predeceased her. She is survived by son, Clifton Cauthorne, Jr.; 6 grandchildren; and brother Renzor Tate.

She was a member of the last graduating class of Beaverdam High School. She worked for the R. W. Andrews Insurance Agency over 56 years. She was a member of Freedom Fellowship Ch. in Montpelier.
