Virginia Juanita Hubbard

Virginia Juanita Hubbard, 78, of Ashland, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday September 30, 2020. She was the widow of Dannie B. Hubbard. Virginia is survived by her children: Belinda (Tim) Hubbard-Miles, William (Angela) Hubbard, Pam (Donald) Lester, Donald (Brenda) Hubbard, Joyce (James) Brookman, Deborah (Ed) Rack; 12 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; siblings: Bernard Lasley, Jean Davis, Claude Lasley, Patricia Beavers, Jeff Lasley, Barbara Bailey. Virginia was a faithful member of the Ashland Church of God, working in the Nursery for over 25 years. She was so devoted to helping others, transporting those who had no other means of transportation, to appointments and grocery stores. She also enjoyed reading. The family will receive friends 2 pm to 4 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm Friday, at Nelsen Funeral Home, 412 S. Washington HWY, Ashland. Her Celebration of Life will be held 11 am Saturday, at Ashland Church of God, 407 Myrtle St, Ashland. Interment will be in Washington Memorial Park.
