Alvin Anderson

Alvie left Bengough and went to Saskatoon to work in a tire shop. While there, he met a young lady and followed her to BC. He lived in Duncan, BC and worked as a car salesman for many years. In the early 80’s, he moved to Swift Current where he continued selling cars. In 2000, he moved back to his hometown here he was employed at Big Sky Farm Inc. in Ogema. Alvie enjoyed people dropping by for a visit. He will be fondly remembered for his sense of humour and his wonderful smile.

He is predeceased by his parents, Len and Frances Anderson, sisters Joanne and Rita, brother Doug, niece Jody and nephews Tim and Derek. Alvie is survived by daughter Tammie, sister Linda, numerous nieces and nephews and their families. A graveside service at the Bengough Cemetery will be held at a later date.
