My condolences to Janeth and family.   Gerald will always be remembered by me as someone who was always willfully involved in community activities.  Be it sporting events, ag business, attending local functions, etc  Gerald was there and always shared  his time to engage in sincere conversation.

We watched the service online and enjoyed it so much! Talked to Steve right up until he went in to the service! Enjoyed your tribute so much, that took a lot of grit but it was a heartfelt presentation that said it all. You are such a sterling blessing to your father, that was just wonderful! Our sincere condolences as you grieve the loss of a such a treasured member of your Family.  Gerald shared his friendship with many people, in our Community.  He was a big influence, over the years and will be remembered for his enthusiasm that has resulted in many projects that had his stamp of approval.   This is only one, of the many reasons, that his memory will stay alive, for years to come.

God this is hard, I’m not sure how to express how I feel about this man, he was a friend, a champion, somebody that I admired.  He raised so much money for both rinks, no one could have done any better.  
He was so sweet to drive me home after curling and Janeth was there too.  What a beautiful couple!

My sincere sympathy to Janice and family.  I remember Gerald as a classmate, a curler and  generous with rides to Crane Valley our first year at the University of Saskatchewan. The last time I saw Gerald was at Uncle Lloyd Brown's funeral.   He was interested in where life had taken me and we caught up on his family,   Janice was also a school mate.  I served Sloane several times when I worked at the Safeway Call Centre and we'd have a quick check up on her family.

Ron and I send our most sincere condolences in Gerald’s passing. I have wonderful memories of Gerald working at the curling rink in Assiniboia and helping coordinate the many curling clinics hosted there. His warm friendly smile, the generous laugh, and his hard work and dedication to the club. His farming stories always had a twist of humour, which he displayed in good farming  times and some not so good. When I met him in therapy following our hip surgeries, he went from not looking well with shear determination he built himself back up. Truly a signature of his character and strong will. I was so surprised and saddened to hear of Gerald’s declining health and know he is now at peace, putting in his first crop in heaven. Although I think of him as more a combine man! Or driving his new white truck around checking on Derrick and the crew. God rest his soul and give you all peace.

We thank Sloane for reaching out to the New Zealand branch of the Muldoon family to share the sad news of our uncle’s passing. Our mother, Faith, spoke fondly of her ‘baby brother’ during her lifetime. Our thoughts are with you.   Gray Walker, Lynne Walker, Hon Justice Tracey Walker (and Faith’s grandchildren).

Our condolences to Janeth, Sloane and Derrick.

I met Gerald in 1989.   In a word, he was Big.  Beyond his obvious physical presence - he had Big ideas and shared them with me and anyone else who needed some gentle coaxing on their path.  Being a teenager at the time - his few words were impactful for myself and many others.   He had a Big heart that holds a generosity far too rare these days - and something that changed the scope of my thinking to consider those beyond our immediate circle of friends and family.  And of course a Big smile and a laugh - including times when we visited and he wasn't feeling well.  A sign of not just a strong sense of humor - but his courage in the face of adversity. 
The world is now a little smaller without him in it.  Peace to you Gerald and to Janeth, Derrek, and Sloane.

So very sorry to hear about Gerald's death, Janet. I have fond memories of sharing our  youthful days of high school events, and meeting up a few times as we gathered at reunions. I missed you both this last summer but heard at that time that Gerald was not well. May you and the family have great memories to help during this time....Barb (Lamberton) Kelly.

I remember Gerald as a no nonsense guy…..not that you couldn’t get him to laugh-you could and it was so rewarding. He was always kind, respectful, and so trustworthy. He would get the job done. Janeth my dear friend; a list of double dates we had,  always fun together. Being in your wedding party was an honor- and my heart breaks for you and your children: Sloane and Derrick.
