Janet ‘Jenny’ Scot Peacock went to be with the angels on May 16, 2025 at age 74. Jenny is survived by her children, Angela (Kelly) Gent, Amanda (Neil) Gent, and George Peacock; grandchildren: Kristen Beselaere (Nate), Brody Gent (Brittany), Richelle Gent, Jordan Gent (Carly), Kassandra Gent (Keith Mason), Nathan Gent, Jessica Rettman (Tanner), Alysha Buckler (Brandon), Peyton Chandler (Nathan), Jessie Peacock-Drake (Lyndon McCallum), Jaime Drake (Spencer Woitas), Justin Drake (Lindsay St-Jacques); great-grandchildren: Mackenzie and Cameron Beselaere, Brextyn and Brayson Gent, Luna and Nova Rettman, Harper, Everly and Theo Buckler, baby Chandler, Camden, Jaylan and Brecklan Soar, Roselda and Elijah Hagen; brothers Bill Taylor (Elaine) and Ian Taylor (Georgia), sister-in-law Dorothy Taylor and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jenny was predeceased by husband George ‘Scotty’ James Peacock, youngest son Richard Scot Peacock, parents, David and Jean Taylor, granddaughter Kayla Ann Gent, brother David Taylor, in-laws George and Margaret Peacock, special aunt-in-law Isabella Mein.

Celebration of Jenny’s life will be held Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 1:00 pm in the Coronach Community Hall with Linda Kirby officiating. Fellowship and lunch to follow. Private Interment service at the Berg Cemetery, with Richelle Gent presiding. Donations in memory of Jenny may be made to South Country Health Care Foundation for the Assiniboia Union Hospital.
