Lillian Frederick

Frederick, Lillian (nee Krusk), of Coronach, SK, was born August 24, 1928 and passed away peacefully on February 2, 2018 at the age of 89. Lilly was predeceased by parents, Peter & Nellie Krusk; husband, Gerald Frederick; son, Randie Frederick; brother, Sonny Krusk; and nephew, Laverne Krusk. Lilly is survived by daughters, Linda (Garry) Sawin and Vicki (Larry) Klatt, five grandsons: Brandon (Heidi), Tyler (Renea), Sheldon, Chad and Robert and four great-grandchildren: Parker, Hudson, Camden and Stella and brother Jerry (Judy) Krusk; sisters-in-law, Faye Krusk and Pansy Fiissel. Lilly married Gerald October 16, 1946 in Scobey, Montana. Mom spent her life putting others ahead of herself with her kind and caring ways. Volunteering was a passion not a job to her. There are too many people to mention that touched mom’s life journey -- so, a special thank-you from Mom and the family. These people included special friends, many nieces and nephews, cousins, and extended family, and all the staff at the Health Centre. Celebration of Lilly’s life was held on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the Coronach Community Hall. Honour Guard was formed by the Royal Canadian Legion, Coronach Branch #268. Reverend Marilyn Leuty officiated. Tribute was delivered by daughter, Linda and grandson, Sheldon read a poem. Music was led by soloist, Linda Poirier. Interment was held at the Coronach Cemetery.
