Gladys Sutton

Visitation will be Friday December 16, 2016 from 6-8 P.M. at McConnell Funeral Home.

Burial will be in German Town Cemetery.

Mrs. Sutton passed away surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday December 13, 2016 at her residence. She was a homemaker, seamstress. She enjoyed sewing, cooking and country music. She was a member of Holt Road Baptist Church.

Mrs. Sutton is preceded in death by her parents, brother Hubert Ruf, sister Opal Aycock, 1st husband Joe Calvin Campbell and 2nd husband Calvert Sutton.

She is survived by one son Randy Joe Campbell and wife Lynette of Athens, AL; one daughter Vickie Pylant and husband Tony of Toney, AL; two step daughters Darla Suggs and husband Jeff of Athens, AL; Betty Jo Vandyke and husband Donald of Swartz Creek, Michigan; three grandchildren Brandon Keith Adams, Amanda K. Toon, Brooke N. Russell; 7 step grandchildren; five great grandchildren Alayna Campbell, Preston Toon, Jayden Russell, Matthew Toon, and Kaylee Carr.

Pallbearers will be Doug Swaim, Jeff Suggs, Jeffrey Carr, Mason Ruf, Jimmy Nye and Waymon Muse.
