Hazel C Waldrep

The Funeral Services for Mrs. Hazel Christine Pressnell Waldrep age 85, of Athens, AL, will be Tuesday May 15, 2012 at 11:00 A.M McConnell Memorial Chapel with Michael White and Bruce Craig Officiating.

Burial will be in Limestone Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be Monday May 14, 2012 from 6-9 P.M. at McConnell Funeral Home.

Mrs. Waldrep passed away on Sunday May 13, 2012 at Limestone Health Facility.

She was born July 11, 1926, in Madison County, AL to her parents Edgar Wigginton and Susie Nave Wigginton. Mrs. Waldrep was retired from Sweet Sue. She was a homemaker; she was a member of Reunion Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husbands Tilman Pressnell and Coy Waldrep, son William Pressnell, daughter Imagene Pressnell, two brothers Thomas Wigginton, Curtis Miller, one sister Mildred Pressnell, granddaughter Christy Dutton, and great grandson Clay Brackeen.

She is survived by her three sons Larry Dale Pressnell, Don Pressnell and wife Sheila, Dennis Pressnell and wife Karen, one daughter Pat Dutton and husband Teddy, one brother George Miller, Jr., one sister Helen Cellura, Daughter-in-law Judy Pressnell, 12 grandchildren Tarry Dutton, Trent Dutton, David Pressnell, Sonya Brackeen, Danetra Bailey, Whitney Girodo, Amy Broadway, Jake Pressnell, Andrea, Samantha, Tori Pressnell, Olivia White, 12 great grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Tarry Dutton, Trent Dutton, David Pressnell, David Brackeen, Leslie Bailey, and Jake Pressnell.

The family would like to offer a special thanks to the staff of Limestone Health Facility.
