Mr. Cribbs was born December 5, 1953 to Doyce and Sibel Cribbs in Athens, AL.
Mr. Cribbs was preceded in death by his parents and one nephew, Lance Ewens.
He is survived by one daughter, Jennifer Cribbs (Chris), age 41 of Athens; sisters Kathy LeJeune (Harold) of Alabama, and Betty Cribbs Smith (Virgil) of Joliet, ILL.; two grandchildren Jasmine Cribbs, age 22, and Priscila Hernandez, age 19, both of Athens, AL; niece and nephews Shea Smith of Indiana, Charley Smith of Joliet, ILL., and Mark Smith of Michigan; great niece Brooke Rogers of Indiana.
Mr. Cribbs was known as a hardworking, loving family man with a lively sense of humor. He worked at Sprint Mart on Greenbrier Parkway. He was loved by many and will be missed dearly.
A memorial service will be held Saturday January 7th, 2023 at McConnell Funeral Home from 4:00 pm.
