Laura was born to Lawrence and Fanny Billups Marker on November 30, 1958.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Carl Marker, and ex-husband Douglas Bouley.
Survivors include her child Sullivan Bouley; sister Tracy Reeber (Dave); “adopted” child Ash Sheridan; sister in law Lynne Marker; nieces Ruth Reeber and Hannah Marker; nephews Steven Reeber (Katherine), Daniel Reeber, and Nathan Reeber; grand-nieces Tumaini and Bahati.
Laura was a kind spirit who enjoyed taking care of others, a nurse for a good part of her life, she was always thoughtful, helpful and giving to others. In her spare time she enjoyed painting, crafting, sewing, crocheting or curling up with a good book. She was a member of Copeland Presbyterian Church, and often spent time with the ladies there making items for those in need.
A Celebration of Life will be will be held in her honor on June 28, 2024 at 3 pm at McConnell Funeral Home.
