Mildred Eveline Paulk

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 tonight at the funeral home.

Mrs. Paulk died Thursday, Jan. 13, 2011, at her home.

She was born April 4, 1927, to Less McLemore and Lula Perry McLemore. She was a homemaker, a member of Northside Church of Christ, and a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Oscar Floyd Paulk, and two sisters, Cecil Davis and Bessie Springer.

Survivors include a son, Randall Floyd Paulk of Athens; two daughters, Judy Darnelle Lane and Carrie Lee Cox, both of Athens; a brother, Jimmy Wayne McLemore of Athens; three sisters, Lorene Becham of Huntsville, Maveline Thomas of Rogersville and Helen Rushing of Huntsville; two grandchildren, Brandon Fielding and Brandy Mitchell; and eight great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Fielding, Christopher Cox, Ronald Watkins, Jeremy Mitchell. Robert Cox and Mack Clem.

Memorial donations may be made in care of Carrie Cox.
