Richard Henry Hall

Mr. Hall is survived by his wife, Kathryn Hall; daughters, Melisa Hall Gilbert (Tom), and Patricia Diane Hall (Pola Carter); stepson, John Cruse Gordon; stepdaughters, Martha Gordon Rhodes (Jeff), Mary Elizabeth Young (Mike), and Laura Brown Gordon; sister, Debbie Hall Batson (Rod); grandchildren, Tom Gilbert, Jr., Scott Gilbert, Rick Hall, Matthew Rhodes, Philip Rhodes, Elizabeth Hughes, Amberly McWhirter, Brittany Crowson, Brian Young, J.T. Young, and Trent Young; and 13 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his first wife, Patricia Newman Hall; parents, Herbert Richard and Edwina Clayton Hall; son, Richard Hall; sisters, Peggy Hall Jones, and Betty Hall Kuykendall.

Mr. Hall was a member of St. Timothy’s Episcopal church. He loved to spend his time tending and sharing his amazing roses and was an avid award-winning model airplane enthusiast.

The family will be holding a small private family service at St. Timothy’s. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to your favorite charity.
