Graveside Service will be Sunday July 11, 2021 at 4 P.M. at Roselawn Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00-3:45 P.M. at McConnell Funeral Home.
Mr. Talley was born October 29, 1950 in Cullman, County, AL; to Joseph Doc Talley and Donna Quick Talley.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and wife Anna Marie Talley.
Mr. Talley is survived by one son Jason Talley of Athens, AL; one daughter Kerri Owens (Jayme) of Elkmont, AL; two granddaughters Mikayla Talley and Cora Owens.
Pallbearers will be Jayme Owens, Mike Scott, Bobby Fudge, Mark McChristian, Evan Chambers, and Reid Chambers.
