A native of the Harbins community in Gwinnett County, Ms. Soto was the daughter of the late Dave Wood and Ina Smith Wood. She retired as a cook for The Biscuit Barn.
Survivors include son, Jerry Robertson (Edna); daughter, Sharon Wallace (Rodney); and grandchildren: Amy, Melissa, Bobby, Rodney Jr. and Steven; 10 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Thursday, February 13, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., at Bernstein Funeral Home, immediately followed by the funeral service in the funeral home chapel, officiated by Rev. Dave Smith. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.
