Charles Ellis Gee

Charles was born in Jackson County, where he attended local schools and had lived in Danielsville for the past 38 years. He was a member of Whitehall Baptist Church and worked as a welder with Chicopee Mills, for many years. Charles was an avid fisherman and loved working and being outdoors.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Summie Riley Gee and Elsie May Anderson Gee; and son, Bobby Gee.

He is survived by his wife, Georgia Gee of Danielsville; son, Michael Gee and his wife, Marie, of Colbert; daughters, Wanda Hamons and her husband, Eddie and Judy Gee and her husband, Gary Cheney, all of Danielsville; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and his loving dog, Buster.

A graveside service and burial will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, June 17, 2025, in Danielsville Memorial Gardens with Reverend Jimmy Edwards officiating.
