Christopher Douglas Carroll, 24, of Knoxville, TN passed away Monday, August 16, 2010.

A native of Easley, SC, Mr. Carroll was the son of Lloyd Douglas Carroll of Knoxville, TN and Susan Elaine Gooch Carroll of Watkinsville, GA. He attended Oconee County High School and was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.

Survivors in addition to his parents include, sister, Krystal Evans and her husband, Zach of Athens; half-sisters, Gracie Carroll; step-sister Tristan Grant; step-brother, Brady Hoskins all of Knoxville, TN; maternal grandparents, Calvin and Andrea Gooch of Watkinsville; maternal great-grandmother, Lorine Fields of Orange Park, FL; paternal grandparents, Lloyd and Carolyn Carroll of Deer Lodge, TN, and a number of aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be held 3PM Friday, August 20th at Poplar Springs Baptist Church with Rev Jonathan Evans officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-3PM at the church prior to the service.
