Don was born October 11, 1930 in Indianapolis Indiana.
Don was an avid guitar and fiddle player who built his own guitars, fiddles and mandolins by hand. He was a man of simple taste and will be remembered for his love of music. He was always the life of the party and had a knack for making people laugh. He enjoyed being with his family and friends right up until he was called home.
Don was proceeded in death by his wife of almost 50 years, as well as one sister and a brother.
He is survived by two brothers, two sisters, four daughters, 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. The family has chosen not to have a formal funeral but to get together and reminisce about the good times.
