A native of Clarke Co., she was the daughter of the late Carl and Estelle Smith Hendrix and was also preceded in death by her husband, Grant Lamar Dooley, Sr. Mrs. Dooley was a homemaker and a member of St. James United Methodist Church.
Survivors include children Lynn Powell of Marietta; Janice Medlock of Columbia SC and Grant Dooley, Jr. of Winder, 2 grandchildren Mat and Kattie Medlock.
Graveside services will be 2pm Monday, July 29th at Evergreen Memorial Park.
